You don't need to study abroad just because you want to study international relations. You should better pursue it here from a good university or institute where you can read it at a less fee with good quality education. Even after studying in India, there are many students that are placed abroad.

Many colleges & university are offering this courses and the eligibility criteria for this course is just a graduation degree. No entrance test is required in maximum cases.

You need to score a minimum 50% marks in graduation. However, every candidate will have to take an entrance exam like CAT, CMAT or MAT, irrespective of his graduation or PG.
