There are specialisations such as Finance, HR, Marketing in MBA and to choose a specialisation among these is completely your decision as what interests you or in which subject you hold a stronger foundation. Suppose if you had an accounts/finance background then you have a higher chance of finding finance specialisation easy and vice-versa.

Hello Raj,
It's actually the matter of your priorities. Your passion. Your interests. Surely, if you are to work as a teacher then not only MA but Ph.D is also required. For getting a job in other fields it may not be useful.

The cut-off for the same hasn't been released as of yet. You can, however start apply for the university since admissions have begun in the university and the wait for the cut-offs to come soon. Make sure,
Those candidates who have completed graduation degree in Mass communication from a recognised university are eligible to get admission in Masters degree in mass communication.
Your age should be above 17 years.

General MA would give you access to all the aspects of the business world like finance, marketing, etc. If you want to have scope of going into a different field than Pharmacy then go for General MA, but if you want to excel in Pharmacy, you must go for Pharma MA as this will help you grow in the Pharma Industry. It is your choice :)
