Yes, you can. But you have to get approval from both the universities/ colleges before doing that. Once you get approval, you can place an official request with both the colleges.

Okay you can but it's not easy. First of all you cannot change your level of education. I. e - from Bachelor's to Masters. Or Masters to Ph.D. If you are studying Masters in subject A, you have to study Masters in subject AAT the other university. You have to get approval from both the universities.

If you want to settle abroad in teaching profession, than you should do B.Ed through regular mode and M.Com through distance mode because through that you would get knowledge, skills and practical experience related to teaching.

Shri Ram College of Commerce is better than Delhi School of Economics with a tiny margin because getting in SRCC is more difficult than DSE. What makes SRCC more prestigious? Although, it is affiliated to the University of Delhi granting undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, but you would be shocked to know that it was established in 1926, much before than Delhi School of Economics.* (Delhi School of Economics was established in 1949)If an institution is so old that means it has something special which attracted students for so many years.

Yes, you can explore the M.Com distance learning course on their website. However, M.Com can just get you that far. A better idea is to go for a professional qualification. The US CMA course (US equivalent of ICWA) has just 2 exam subjects which you can clear in just 6 months. In addition, CMA gives you management level exposure that M.Com does not.

Not always a great idea to switch education streams radically extreme directions, however if it is your passion go for it. Most of the jewelry design courses are skill courses and mostly anyone with an interest in the field can go for those. However, if you are looking at a serious career in the direction of finance (since you are a commerce graduate), I can recommend 2 courses which can help you make a distinct career for yourself.
