In India, many college are offering MD. These are: MIMS (Andhra Pradesh), BFUHS (Punjab), Rajiv Gandhi university of Bangalore, etc. are the good colleges.

Hello, you need to have MBBS as an undergraduate degree, it is not based on Ph.D or any other PG degree. Good luck.
