The best country to pursue MD/MS is USA and UK.
For USA, you have to clear USMLE 1 & 2 to become eligible for NRMP.
For UK, you can get direct admission in popular streams.

India you cannot get admission in any PG medical programmes without qualifying NEET. We will suggest you to go to UK for you PG in Medical. We have a university which won't be requiring PLAB and GMC for an India student to enrol for MD Program. Package is also very affordable (approx 50 Lac for complete degree) and university is well ranked.

You can't do MBBS and MD course simultaneously. Because if you wish to do so, you need one course as part-time. But MBBS or MD isn't available in part-time mode.

You will need to appear for TOEL or IELETS entrance exam related to that country language. Then, you can select a college and study the prospectus. You need to follow the required entrance procedure to get admission in that college. After your result, the seat and ranking will be declared.
