Eligibility criteria to MD Orthopaedic in India is MBBS degree.

First you have to do MBBS after IBDP to become eligible for MD.

Yes, you can. Any graduation course which legally allows you to practices medicine or alternate medicine can do MD. No, the number of years does not get reduced.
