The salary of the two MD doctors obviously will differ. MBBS MD doctors get paid more than the BAMS MD doctor usually, but in some hospitals BAMS if preferred over MBBS. Your salary also grow as soon as you gain experience.

MBA after MBBS is preferable career options for those doctors who want to be in the field of hospital administrator and do not want to have active medical practice. Doctors with MD and MS can earner better in comparison to hospital administrators in long run.

If you go for government jobs then you can expect a starting salary around 40-50 thousand. but if you practice on your own clinic, then the salary will vary.

No chance but you can pursue MSc in Medical Anatomy, Physiology etc. possibly after BSc with one bio subject.

Also, there is a Physician Assistant course available in South India which you may consider.
