Hello,
Osmania University distance education 2022 has been started for a number of distance education courses. There are many UG and PG courses that are taught in distance mode to facilitate students from all over the country. This University conducts an online admission process that will be entirely dependent on merit selections. Only the previous qualification is taken into consideration except for any entrance exam. In order to submit the online applications, it is necessary to visit the official webpage of this University. The expected date for the closing of applications is mid of December 2022. Thank you.

You should do Ph.D. directly instead of M.Phil, because UGC allow students can directly do Ph.D. after their masters degree.
