You must count a number of factors like budget, your grades and profile, university profile when you choose one destination over another. Ask yourself if you are ready to give GRE and TOEFL and how about your grades? You haven't mentioned any to suggest you further. Please elaborate your profile.

A good GRE score is usually above 310. Though IELTS is also accepted, take TOEFL instead of IELTS if you want to study in US. A score of 100 in TOEFL is required. If you decide to take IELTS still an overall score above 6.5 is recommended. Please note that the admission requirements vary from university to university so you must visit the university websites to check the requirements before applying . Hope it helps.

Dear Suresh, if your bachelors degree says that it's a Btech - a 4 years US comparable degree, you may certainly apply to USA with GRE & TOEFL scores. The Ms in USA would be 1.5 to 2yrs & you may apply for the same one year prior to the intake you wish to go for. The intakes are majorly in Fall ie. sep of every year.
