You have a pretty decent GRE and TOEFL score. But your Bachelor's aggregate is bit low. The information which you have provided is insufficient to shortlist the universities. Please provide the information regarding the backlogs, paper publications, internships etc

Dear Akshar, you must take both. Infact take TOEFL instead of IELTS if you plan to study in US. TOEFL OR IELTS are tests for English language proficiency. GRE on the other hand is the aptitude test testing your skills in reasoning, Mathematics and so on. Read more about the tests and understand the
