The below is the criteria for MD in M S Ramaiah Medical College:

  • Candidate should have scored more than or equal to the prescribed minimum score in NEET- PG applicable for the academic year.
  • Candidate should have completed his/her MBBS course from a NMC recognised Medical College.
  • He/ She must have completed 'Compulsory Rotating Internship' on or before the prescribed date.

MBBS courses at M S Ramaiah Medical College eligibility criteria is given below:

  • Passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std /Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 50% of Marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates).
  • Declared as qualified in UG-NEET Examination.

To undertake MBBS at M S Ramaiah Medical College, a prospective candidate should pass a 10+2 examination in Physics Chemistry, Biology, and English with 50 percent marks (40 percent marks for SC/ST/ OBC categories). Besides that, the candidates have to qualify the NEET-UG exam administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The admissions are also opened on NEET merit based centralized counseling in several quotas such as state, management and NRI quota.
