Yes, MS Ramaiah Institute of Applied sciences takes admission through COMEDK, basically, it is registered under Unigauge exam and students can take admission through that.Hope you got your answer.

M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences is a UGC approved private university which is situated in Bangalore. It was established in 2013.
The placements there are quite good but not as good as MSRIT. Many students get confused between MSRIT & MS Ramiah University of Applied Science.
