You can but the way is through management quota. In this case, you have to pay higher than others to get a seat. I will suggest you give KCET and JEE Mains and score well in them. If you have not given these exams, only then go for management quota to take admission.

Hi Jerrin,
Masters in technology {M.Tech} computer science course can be pursued by B.Tech students or students having M.Sc in computer science. After BCA it's not possible. But MCA is also a good option for getting into IT jobs. You can also pursue MBA if you want to pursue your career in the management field.
I would like to recommend Vellore Institute for MCA and Doon Business School for MBA program as its ROI is impressive.
