No, they do not consider PGCET score for admission. Admission is based on graduation percentage. You need to have minimum 50% marks.

You can but the way is through management quota. In this case, you have to pay higher than others to get a seat. I will suggest you give KCET and JEE Mains and score well in them. If you have not given these exams, only then go for management quota to take ad
