The fee structure is not mentioned online you have to communicate with the college to know that but average fees for M.sc. in biotechnology ranges from INR 40,000/- to 2.40 Lakhs per annum or more little bit more than that.

Actually, admission through IIT JAM exam is through merit rank in the exam not through marks score. Rank is decided on the basis of mark gained. Your score is very less, probably rank will be around three thousand. With that much of score you will not be eligible to take admission into any college. Try next year with more hard work.
