If your aggregate is 55% then I am sorry, there is no use in try for Germany but still chances are very low, you can try for the private institutions but you should sacrifice in choosing the course you want.
Instead try for countries such as Canada, Australia, US, etc. or any other European countries.

Once you have completed your undergraduate studies, and cleared all examinations, you would be eligible to pursue your Masters (MS) in business studies.

You are eligible to join ISRO after M.Sc Astrophysics. It will be better if you do PhD before joining job after M.Sc.
