Yes, after B.Voc you are eligible for M.Sc Agriculture
But the problem is not every college provides the same eligibility criteria for selection. So you first need to find the colleges for M.Sc. Agriculture and then apply for it. Also, you can go to M.Voc. In organic agriculture and also for MBA in agriculture for getting good higher knowledge. Hope this might be helpful.

My brother has done M.Sc. (Food Science and Technology) from Lovely Professional University, I am not so aware about other universities. This course at LPU helps in Brewing the students by provoking the doing by yourself approach. The learner has to do a unique three term thesis keeping in mind the research centricity, for which the programme has been chosen. Eligibility of this course is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in Bachelors of Science Degree (Medical Science and Allied Medical or Applied Medical Science or Agriculture or Nanotechnology or Biosciences or Life Sciences or Food Sciences or Nutrition and Dietetics or Home Scie
