Excellent facilities of hostel are therr in IIT Bhuvneshvar, with all amenities of 3 times food, stay, laundry!
Sports also have great role in hostel of IIT Bhuvneshvar.

There are only few seats in the hostel and are allocated accordingly with merit!
And, the fees is very subsidized 2500 per month for food and stay.

There are four hostels for the students of IIT Bhubaneswar. They are:

  1. Subarnarekha Hall of Residence: Girls Hostel
  2. Mahanadi Hall of Residence, Brahmaputra Hall of Residence and Subarnarekha Hall of Residence: Boys Hostel

All hostels have gym facilities and they are all filled with general amenities.

  1. Hostels have courts for basketball, volleyball, badminton and table tennis.
  2. Each room is provided with essential amenities, such as a study table, chair and a cupboard.
  3. The hostel has 24*7 Internet facilities through LAN and Wi-Fi.
  4. Common rooms have a small library (other than academics) and lab for using high-speed internet.

Hi,
There are primarily two hostels for 1st year students- Hostel-1 and Hostel-2. Hostel-1 has a decent infrastructure. It has a good lawn. It has washing machines. The mess food is above average. You also get snacks. If you can cooperate with mess workers you can cook chicken in the mess. You have a TV room and a TT table also inside the hostel. But there is neither LAN connection nor Wi-Fi in H-1.
Also, the hostel timings used to be very restrictive for 1st year students until you get your fresher party. Hostel-2 has a similar infrastructure as Hostel-1. But it has an added advantage of LAN facility.

You can get admission by registering yourself on their web portal. The last date for registering is June 15, 2018 and the date of entrance test is June 27-29, 2018.
The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. Maths is B.A. or B.Sc. Hons in Mathematics / B.A. or B.Sc. Pass with mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum 50% marks.
The selection process is through MDUCEE course.
