Yes, it is. For admission to M.Sc, you have to first clear the IIT JAM exam. JAM exam is conducted for admission in IITs, NITs, or IISc to pursue M.Sc (four semesters).
JAM Exam will be conducted on February 10, 2019. So, you still have time left. Start you JAM preparation now.

Till now no college in India is providing M.Sc in food microbiology. But universities abroad are providing this course.

You don't need to clear any entrance exam for taking admission for M.Sc Microbiology. Your B.Sc marks will be counted at the time of admission in M.Sc.
