M.Sc biotech will be a good option if you are looking for career in industrial sector with biotech.

It totally depends on your interest, but as per me, you should go for microbiology as you can make a career in industry as well as in the teaching field.

Yes, it is. For admission to M.Sc, you have to first clear the IIT JAM exam. JAM exam is conducted for admission in IITs, NITs, or IISc to pursue M.Sc (four semesters).
JAM Exam will be conducted on February 10, 2019. So, you still have time left. Start you JAM preparation now.

Dear friend, as per my opinion and my knowledge if you had done B.Sc with zoology, microbiology, chemistry, medical laboratory technology, biotechnology then definitely you can go ahead.
