Yes one can get admission in IIT Tirupati if he/ she meets the eligibility criteria. For the B.tech courses you have to clear JEE mains and secure a good rank in JEE advanced and then participate in the counselling procedure. For M.tech you have to clear GATE and participate in the counselling procedure. For other courses like M.Sc you have to qualify JAM and for PHD you have to clear GATE, UGC-NET, CSIR-NET.

Uttaranchal (P.G.) College of Bio-Medical Sciences and Hospital offers 13 specialisations in the MSc programme. Candidates can apply for admission into the programme if they have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Graduation. The specialisations include Medical Lab Technology, Biochemistry, Nursing etc. The tuition fee is in the range of INR 1.2 Lacs to INR 1.5 Lacs depening on the specialisation.
