Yes, You can. Most universities accept candidates from various Science backgrounds like Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology, or Environmental Science itself. Since chemistry plays a significant role in environmental studies (like pollution control, soil chemistry, water quality analysis), your background actually fits well.

But still, I's suggest you to check the eligibility criteria of the specific university you're interested in, as some may require environmental Science or a related subject as one of your core papers. But generally, you're eligible.
