No, it is not free of cost to apply for MS Courses at University of Melbourne. According to the application process, the students are required to apply via University's online portal – University of Melbourne Application or through an agent. The application process requires a non-refundable amount of application fee that of AUD 154 which is roughly INR 10.28 K.

BSBI offers only 6 courses in MS for a duration of 18 months. Tuition fee is only one part of the living cost while studying abroad, here Germany. The other fee components are hostel charges, transportation and insurance.
