If you are interested in admission in  north region, Chandigarh University can be a good chice. It offers MSc in pure Math, applied, Computational Math and Statistics. It has good placement record. Students also opt for Net exam n PhD admission after doing Masters in Math.

Hi, there are several central universities like DU, BHU, PU, Rajasthan, Ranchi, Hyderabad, and other state universities, CMI, IMSC, IISER. Some private universities also provide Masters's programme in pure Math, Stats, Applied Math. North region Chandigarh University can also be a good option. It has good Nirf and QS ranking among private universities in India.

Admission to the MSc course at NIT Jalandhar is through the IIT JAM exam followed by CCMN counselling. Thus, candidates need to apply to IIT JAM through the official website of the respective conducting body. Before filling out the application, aspirants must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwD) to be able to apply for the MSc course.

There are good number of universities in north India. Chandigarh University in North India has excellent placement record. They offer MSc programme in pure and applied Math. Student can pursue their degree while being placed during semester.

There are number of universities in punjab which are having Masters in Mathematics like Punjab university in Chandigarh, Punjabi University Patiala, IISER mohali, some private university like Chandigarh University. CU is no. 1 private university in Punjab. They offer M.Sc in pure n Applied Math.

The entry criteria for the MSCS programme at the university require applicants to have at least a bachelor’s degree in computer Science or its equivalent. A recent bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited university generally fulfils the course requirements. However, applicants lacking prerequisite course knowledge may be admitted conditionally if there is sufficient space. Additionally, a three-year bachelor’s degree is accepted. The application fee for Master in Computer Science at The application fee for ATP/SAS is USD150,  and the application fee for the SJSU degree program. (ATP+Conditional Eligibility) is USD 250 and non-refundable. However, prospective students must follow the deadlines and requirments of the university. The SJSU also clearly stated that meeting the requirments doesn't guarantee admission.
