Yes, a Horticulture graduate can apply for M.Sc. EVS (Environmental Science) at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for the programme. To study for an MS degree in the US you must fulfil these primary requirements
3 to 4 years of a Bachelor degree in the relevant field with an average GPA of 3 or 65 to 70 percent and above
Proof of your English language Proficiency test such as IELTS GRE score that is 290 or above
Statement of Purpose
Two to three letters of recommendation

Admission is through counselling based on the score obtained in AUAT-Aliah University Admission Test conducted by Aliah University. Eligible candidate needs to appear for entrance test AUAT-Aliah University Admission Test conducted by Aliah University. As for cut off it's not a big deal gor M.Sc. In here as they are giving priorities to B.Tech programmes.

Hello Dear, If you want to go for study abroad, then you have to give IELTS or TOEFL exam. You can give any one of them, both are language based exams which will test your English language and you have to score well in the exam. Based on the exam score you can get admission in any foreign university.
