It is possible to earn an M.Sc in Mathematics via distance learning or correspondence learning; the course is valid. This course has been approved by the UGC/DEB to validate the system. You have chosen good institutions for your M.Sc. Biotechnology. But the choice totally depends on your personal preferences and career goals. AIIMS is known for its medical biotechnology research and JNU has more range of research in biotechnology. If you see AIIMS had an advantage of being a medical institute where you can get facilities but in JNU you will only lean towards research area. And also cost of living and such factors are there which you should consider.
