Yes, Payal you can pursue a master's in Physics Course even though you have B.Sc. In forensic degree. For that purpose, you must have studied Physics as a subject at least for four semesters during your Bachelor's degree programme. Along with that, you must maintain a minimum of 60 percent in B.Sc. If you have a good GATE Score then it might become easier for you to get into a good institution and after that you will get Teaching Assistant Ship in that institution. In case, even you don't have good GATE score, then also there are institute that provides TA ship and many of the colleges have special scholarship for Obc and other reserved category students. Before taking admission, check whether the scholarship is available in that institution or not. For that, you can check their website or call them directly.

Talking about MS, yes, there will be hurdles but you can put the final degree as still awaiting.

Actually, admission through IIT JAM exam is through merit rank in the exam not through marks score. Rank is decided on the basis of mark gained. Your score is very less, probably rank will be around three thousand. With that much of score you will not be eligible to take admission into any college. Try next year with more hard work.
