General category -137.40
OBC Category - 109.40

There are many universities where you can apply without Bachelors however you need to complete B.Sc. And then only continue M.Sc. Otherwise, you will not be able to understand.

Yes, you can. Prefer MCA it is best for non engineering students. If you are planning career in research or academics then M.Sc. CS is best. M.Sc. CS is also cheap course. You can get easily job in software or IT industry, but you must have good knowledge of technologies.

Minimum marks candidates need to secure in graduation in order to be eligible for an M.Sc. Course is usually 60%-70%. *application forms are available in both online and offline, we need pay INR 500 for application and need to provide all original details to fill the application form.

Nalanda Open University [NOU] admission like a merit besic admission. B.Sc. (Hons), B.Com BBA and BCA programs at UG level. The minimum eligibility is 10+2 in relevant stream. For B.Ed. , candidates must have a Bachelors with 45% marks along with 2 years of work experience. Whereas, the minimum eligibility for B. LiB. & ISC. Programme is Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

As long as the general vacancy does not get filled, its irrespective of the category (SC/ST/OBC) there by keeping the reservation for the SC/ST/OBC intact.
