Hello, Eligibility for M.Sc. In Botany -
A candidate must have a B.Sc. Degree with Honours preferably in Botany, Biological sciences or Life sciences, however, Zoology honours students can also apply with minimum 50% marks. The other eligibility criteria like age limit and caste-based eligibility criteria vary from University to University. Most of the top universities do not have age limit criteria. Thanks.

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you. There are many courses provided by NITs for M.Sc. In Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. These NITs have lenient admission eligibility criteria than IITs. So, B.Tech, B.Sc. General, and Hons. Students are eligible for M.Sc. Admissions through Joint Admission Test. If you have missed the seat at IITs, then you can apply for top NITs for M.Sc. After satisfying the NITs Admission Eligibility Criteria. Eligibility criteria: Every year, CCMN releases the NITs Admission Eligibility Criteria for IIT JAM Qualified students. Hope it helps.

No, you can not. For that first you have to complete your degree in Pharmacy. (B.Pharma)
B.Pharma is a totally different course which offers everything related to the field of pharmacy. Pharmaceutical worker, teacher, stationary pharmacist, researcher etc. The course is for 4 years/8 semesters. You can complete your degree and move forward for Masters in any respected subject, as in your case Pharmacology or pharmaceutical Chemistry.
