To secure a seat for the MSc programme at DPG Degree College, candidates must meet the requisite eligibility criteria. The college selects candidates based on their scores in the last qualifying exam. The college offers more than 200 seats in the MSc programme. LNM Institute of Information Technology MSc syllabus consists of various theoretical subjects. Some of the subjects taught in this programme are Linear Algebra, Data Structure and Algorithms, Discrete Mathematics, Digital Systems, etc. These subjects help students gain a deep kowledge of the domain. Apart from this, students enrolled in this programme also study various practical subjects.

LNM Institute of Information Technology MSc programme is spread across two specialisations. These specialisations are Physics and Mathematics. For both the courses, the institute offers an equal number of seats, i.e., 15. Combining all, the institute offers 30 seats for admission to MSc courses.

LNM Institute of Information Technology MSc seats are offered to students via different admission modes. Candidates who have a valid score in the CUET PG or JAM exam are offered seats based on their scores.

Students who meet the CUET PG cutoff as prescribed by the LNM Institute of Information Technology are offered admission to LNMIIT MSc courses. Thus, candidates seeking admission can apply via valid CUET PG scores. As per official sources, the CUET PG 2026 exam is scheduled to be conducted in the fourth week of February 2026.

The latest DPG Degree College MSc placement record has not been released yet. As per the overall placement statistics, around 200 students registered and 60 were placed in 2024. Moreover, based on the students' review on Shiksha, the MSc's the highest package offered was INR 7 LPA. It must be noted that the aforementioned placement details are taken based on the overall report and the bonafide students of the college. It is still subject to change and, hence, is inductive.
