If you mean 200 marks in JEE Main, then yes, you have a very strong chance of getting admission to Galgotias University, provided you meet the Class 12 eligibility criteria for your chosen B.Tech branch. For B.Tech CSE, Galgotias currently requires 60% in the specified Class 12 subjects, and JEE Main scores are given preference in the merit list.

A 200/300 JEE Main score would generally be considered a strong score, so you should be in a good position for Galgotias. If you meant 200 marks in Class 12, tell me your PCM percentage and I'll check your eligibility.

If you want to pursue CET M.Sc Zoology, so you need to search for merit-based colleges. Give prefernce to the Government colleges.Check UGC recognition and NAAC grade, faculty and lab facilities. Check the official website before taking admission for verifying the eligibility and admission process. It would be good if you apply in more than one college.
