Yes, it possible to get into Tufts University's MS programme without work experience. Work experience, generally, is not a necessary for most of the MS programs at Tufts. The admission committee of the university focuses on your academic performance consider standardised test scores, appreciate your research experience, letters of recommendation and considers your personal statement.
