A total of 16 subjects is present and these are divided into two parts, i.e., part A and part B. For both of the course part the written examination and assingnment score is 640 & 160, resepectively. All the MSc Mathematics subjects offered at NOU is presented in the table below:

Eligibility criteria is based on your subject choice here but the most common thing among all is you must have passed BSc / BSc Nursing / BSc in Allied Health Sciences / BAMS/ BPharm from a recognised University with minimum mentioned marks or equivalent. Example: to be eligible for an M.Sc. in Mathematics, a candidate must have earned a B.Sc. in Mathematics with Honours, a B.Sc. with Honours in any other discipline where mathematics is a required course or a B.Sc. (Pass) in Mathematics from the University of Delhi or another authorised university.
