The PG-level course is offered in three specialisations. The course is available in the disciplines of Applied Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, and Applied Physics. Candidates seeking admission to MSc at NIT Jaipur need to apply for IIT-JAM,  followed by CCMN for admission. The application process for IIT JAM is carried out in online mode (jam.iitg.ac.in). In order to submit the application successfully, aspirants shall pay the application fee, which is INR 1,800 for all the candidates and INR 900 for females (all categories)/ SC/ ST/ PwD for one test paper.

MNIT Jaipur offers MSc admission based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the IIT JAM score. Based on the cutoff marks, selected candidates further need to take part in CCMN counselling (steps to apply). Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can apply to take the IIT JAM exam online by visiting the official website (iitr.ac.in). To be eligible to apply for this course, candidates have to pass UG dehree in BSc from a recognised boad.
