M.Sc is a science programme and M.Tech, the technology programme. It is crucial to understand the basic difference between Science and Technology. In India, the case of having Master's degree in science is a bit convenient as it necessitates three years Bachelor's degree, nevertheless, Master's degree programme in technology requires four years Bachelor's degree or two years Master's degree in science. Also, there is a major difference that technology courses are usually expensive as it has commercial value, for which the courses are taught accordingly. Yes, after completing your graduation you can join M.Tech biotechnology. As after graduation you will be able to study M. Tech. So, you can try to get admission in a good college.
