Admission to M.Tech in Computer Science at IITs and NITs depends on GATE scores, with top IITs like IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, and IIT Kanpur requiring scores between 750-850, while newer IITs like IIT Indore and IIT Mandi have cutoffs around 700-750. Top NITs like NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, and NIT Surathkal usually have cutoffs between 700-800, while others like NIT Calicut and NIT Silchar range from 668-709. For securing admission to NEFTU Arunachal Pradesh for M.Tech in Computer Science, there isn't a strict GATE cutoff as the university often has flexible admission criteria. However, having a GATE score in the range of 300-400 can strengthen your profile, though the exact requirement may vary based on the number of applicants and seat availability.
If you don't have a GATE score, some universities also offer admission based on merit or an interview process. It's best to contact NEFTU's admission office to get accurate details about their selection process for the current academic year.
