Whether Padmabhooshan Vasantdada Patil Institute of Technology Pune is better than TSSM College of Engineering Pune totally depends on candidate' preferences and ofcourse the placement.

Hello Chinmay, Perhaps both these got deemed university status in same year but MIT has presence in engineering education for more than 25 years. I would therefore advise you to seek admission in MIT first.
