According to VTU Engineering NIRF report 2023, a total of 117 students were placed out of 310 students during VTU M.Tech placements over the past three years. Further, the trends witnessed during VTU M.Tech placements over the past three years with respect to the total students and number of students placed are presented below:

A total of 12 offers were made during Bangalore Institute of Technology MTech placements 2022. The number of offers made and students placed during Bangalore Institute of Technology M.Tech placements 2022 are presented below:

Manonmaniam Sundaranar University M.Tech placement rate data is not released. However, according to MSU NIRF report 2023, a total of 450 students out of 700 students were placed during Manonmaniam Sundaranar University PG 2-year placements. NIT Uttarakhand concluded the placements for its MTech batch 2025 with an average package of INR 7.33 LPA. The highest and median packages offered to the MTech students during NIT Uttarakhand placements in 2025 were INR 9 LPA and INR 6.5 LPA, respectively. The University has maintained a good placement record in recent years. The placement rate for BTech was the same in 2021 and 2022, however, it dropped by 4% in 2023. On the other hand, the year-on-year improving trend was recorded in the percentage of MTech students placed. The PES University MBA placement rate improved from 2021 to 2022 and for 2022 and 2023 it was the same. See the table below showcasing the PES University placement trends for UG and PG courses:
