It's a little bit difficult to pursue M.Tech as it is higher and tougher than B.Tech it requires some research in the field. The field that you like or understand better should be picked for further studies like M.Tech because if you choose some other field it will be tougher for you to career on.

VIIT Pune considers GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) scores for admissions to their M.Tech programs. This is a national level entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) on a rotational basis
There is no mention of VIIT Pune accepting any other entrance exam scores for M.Tech admissions.
