Thapar University M.Tech Scholarships are offered to students in the form of an assistantship and as a monthly stipend. Candidates can apply for the scholarships through the official website of the university by fulfilling all the eligibility criteria. Additionally, Thapar University scholarships are provided to students on approval basis and the amount disbursed by AICTE. Yes, candidates appearing in their final exam for the BTech degree can apply for an M.Tech at Thapar University. However, such candidates have to submit their undertaking at the time of counselling stating that they are applying at their own risk, as their result of the final exam has not been declared, and ensure that they do not have any backlogs in previous semesters.
