Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kurnool offers a two-year MTech programme, which is spread across four semesters. For admission to the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kurnool MTech course, candidates must have passed BE/BTech in the relevant subject with at least 6.5 CGPA or 60% aggregate. Apart from this,   candidates are also required to appear for the GATE entrance test.
