The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram M.Tech fee is INR 2.2 lakh. NIU offers M.Tech programme with a course-duration of two years. However, working professionals also have an alternative to choose weekend M.Tech programme. In such a case, the classes are conducted on every Saturday and Sunday and the course duration increases by one year.

The total M.Tech course fee is INR 1,32,000 in Sambalpur University.  

The total tuition fee of the MTech programme at IIIT Vadodara is INR 2 lakh, however, at the time of admission there might be other components of the fee that the candidates might have to pay, for example, caution money of INR 15,000 at the time of admission.
