If you can afford to study for 2 more years. M.Tech (especially from IITs/NITs) is recommended to get better technical roles in aeronautical sector. If you need to work immediately, gain 1-2 years of experience and then decide on higher studies.

Aeronautical Engineering Admission

The GATE score for M.Tech in IIT Bhubaneswar is as follows:

MTech tuition fees is INR 20,000. The overall fee may include other things such as hostel fees, security deposits, etc. 

For M.Tech at IIT Bhubaneswar, admission offers for GATE-qualified candidates are uploaded on the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Thus, candidates must register at the COAP portal to view and accept their offers. Candidates can register on the COAP portal is free of cost. Further, selected candidates can accept the offer to confirm their seat in an M.Tech programme.

 Interested students need to first check the eligible criteria for GATE exam. The technology institute shortlist candidates based on GATE entrance scores. Selected students further need to participate in COAP counselling. In addition, the aspirants graduated from any of the IIT are exempted from the GATE entrance score requirement. Further, the GATE application form can be filled out online by visiting the website (gate.iitk.ac.in).

The M.Tech admission dates for 2025 at IIT Bhubaneshwar is out now since the GATE 2025 exam dates are out. 

IIT Roorkee has REVISED the GATE 2025 application form dates. As per the revised schedule, GATE 2025 registrations had started on 28 August, 2024. The last date for GATE 2025 registration have been extended to October 3, 2024 (without late fees). Earlier, candidates had to submit the application form by 26 September 2024, with regular fees. Candidates will be able to submit the GATE 2025 application form with late fees until October 11, 2024 (extended).

Currently, NIT Kurukshetra has not released the dates for the commencement of classes for the academic batch 2025. It is anticipated that the dates will fall in the same bracket similar to the previous one. The date of commencement of classes for the 2024 batch was August 12, 2024.  

The fees for M.Tech at Modern Education Society's College of Engineering is 1.3 lakhs.

Sri Balaji College of Engineering and Technology offers M.Tech with a duration of two years. Candidates seeking admission to M.Tech courses must have a graduation degree.
