Of course. My opinion is- Don't go for M.Tech. You already have MCA that is Masters degree. Search for a good job n do hard work in it to get early progress. All the best. Please like and follow bro.

Yes, an engineering graduate as well as post graduate student can appear for the NET examination that is now being conducted by NTA on behalf of UGC. There are of course other criteria like minimum marks scored in the graduation or the post graduation level as well as the age of the candidates. Yes, you can do M.Tech after MCA. But, to get admission in to M.Tech, try to appear for GATE Entrance so that you may get merit scholarship. State universities in various states in India are conducting PG entrance test for PG admissions, where in you also can take test from M.Tech Admission.

Yes, you can do M.Tech IT after Completion of M.Sc in Computer Science. But, first write GATE exam and apply for either in M.Tech CSE or M.Tech IT.
