As per UGC guidelines of 2016 any student can not pursue two degrees simultaneously from same University or different University. Therefore, you are not eligible to seek admission in M.Tech and MBA together.

Hello Abhinandan,
Some Institutions offer dual degree programmes. Fees are charged as per market conditions. However hassels of students to run for admission after completion of degree are over which is biggest Advantage. Both are ok. You can choose any one.

Hello Abhinandan,
Different packages by companies are dependent on dynamics of National economy. IIMs get companies offering the best packages but not all MBAs. It's also your choice whether you want to be a technocrat or generalist.

Hello Ajeet,
Your query is quite loaded. Let me answer still. Placements are really good only in colleges that have students of higher marks bracket. Students lower in marks will invariably get lesser known colleges where placement is not all that good. Perhaps, your chance lies in seeking admission in well known private college.

M.Sc IT offered by various universities is equivalent to B.Tech IT. This course is designed for B.Sc students to become an IT graduate. B.Tech IT grads are first preference of IT over M.Sc IT grads. You are advised to aim for higher studies and opt for M.Tech IT by appearing in GATE examination.
