You are advised to do part time M.Tech at DTU. University offers part time M.Tech in 22 disciplines. Each discipline has 10 seats. You may visit DTU website for further details.

Duration, cost, part time job and stay back options are the factors to be considered to study abroad.
In UK, you will get UG in three years and if you get honors then you will one year paid internship. You will be able to earn 50% of tuition fees.
You will study from the latest technology whereas in India, you will study 5 years from old technology.

You are not eligible to seek admission in M.Tech as you have to be a B.Tech or MCA to seek admission in M.Tech. It is recommended that you opt for MCA lateral entry and do specialized short term courses on Cyber Security and also obtain Cyber Security certifications.

Here I'd suggest some good college for M.Tech in environmental engineering - Bharat University, Dr. MGR and IIT Madras are the top colleges in this zone for M.Tech in environmental engineering.

It depends upon many factors such as college, your marks, your personality, your creativity and other factor.
If you are from a good college and have good marks then you may get more salary than M.Tech students but if you have less marks then you have to go for M.Tech.

Yes, you can opt for M.Tech in the same field of design. However, there could be additional requirements. You have to check with the universities you want to apply to.
