Alumni of Mahakal Institute of Technology and Management (MITM, Ujjain) have found placements in different industries. Many of them have been fruitfully placed in the Information Technology sector with various companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture.

Some have explored engineering roles within different sectors including manufacturing concerns, construction companies, and civil engineering projects. 

Some other alumni have secured jobs in traditional roles such as HR, Marketing, and Finance, the basics of which they might have been introduced to at the college. The knowledge and skills that they have gained at MITM will greatly help them adapt themselves to various challenges in the technical or so-called non-technical sector, and this will also be very helpful to their current type of job, where they constantly find that their job roles cannot be propagated exactly as per plans.

The admission for MITM-Mahakal Institute of Technology and Management in Ujjain, is in progress as of January, 2025. The college is offering undergraduate (B.Tech) and postgraduate (M.E./M.Tech) programs in various branches of engineering.

The minimum percentage in 10+2 required in the case of admission for undergraduate courses is 45. The applicants have to appear for JEE Main or MP BE. 

It is very much GATE dependent for candidates aiming at the PG level. Overall, the M.E./M.Tech programme is for a period of two years and very competitive.

The total fee for this PG programme will be INR 1,24,000 approximately. Each candidate is rather advised to go through the specific eligibility conditions prior to applying.

The Mahakal Institute of Technology and Management (MITM) in Ujjain does indeed offer a placement cell. The main rationale that drives the formation of the Training and Placement Cell at MITM is to prepare its students for professionalism.

This is done by Moling career-mindedness in an academic setting that could in turn help the student step into the industry of their choice. To do this, it would entail providing counseling, seminars, and skill up-gradation programs, which is a prerequisite for securing a placement or continuing further studies.
