Yes, that is entirely possible, i.e. you could do your B.Ed in Maharashtra post doing your B.A. in Madhya Pradesh. The state of Maharashtra has its own entrance test known as MAH B.Ed CET, to aspire to get a seat in a B.Ed college of the state. Being an out-of state applicant, your application will be treated under All India/Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) category, and there will be certain eligibility criteria with regards to minimum marks in your graduation degree (say, 50 per cent of marks in case of general category). Once you have cleared the CET, you will be required to make use of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP).

Yes, BTech programme at Sagar Institute of Research and Technology is good as it is known for its engineering curriculum and is approved by AICTE. The college is accredited by the NBA for the year 2022-2025 for Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communications, and Computer Science and Information Technology.
