Hi,
Heres the eligibility criteria for MAH-CET:
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in any discipline from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks, and at least 45% in case of reserved candidates.
Final year students can also apply.
Candidates appearing for CAT / GMAT / CMAT /MAT February / XAT/ ATMA are considered to be eligible for admission against the All India Seats subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria. Such candidates need to fill online application form according to the schedule.

Hello Mayuri! As far as I know, yes you are eligible to appear for the CET exam next year irrespective of whether you have cancelled your admission in a particular college. That seat will automatically be vacated and be filled by someone else.

Hello Kirti! As far as I know, the minimum cutoff score to pass in the MBA-CET exam is only 30 marks. However, to get admission into a top 6 college for its MMS/PGDM program, one needs to score 98+ percentile.

It is simply impossible to get admission in any good college for pursuing MMS/MBA with this score. It will be better for you to reappear for CET (or any other exam as you wish) and try scoring 98+ percentile to get admission in a top college.
