Chances are tough as Welingkar doesn't go below 92-93 if profile is good. Otherwise, it is 95 and above.

With this score I don't think you could get any good MBA college for MMS.
Try next year.
But you can apply for PGDM in some good colleges.
Your CAT Percentile 65 is good. So, apply with your CAT percentile.

The cut-off for admission last year was 101 marks for OHU-SC candidate i.e this year the percentile for this score is 98.1 percentile. So, you can expect the cut-off to be same or more than the mentioned percentile.

That's too low. Better appear again next year if you want MBA to be done from decent colleges.

No matter how well you do in class 10th or 12th or in your GD-PI. You have to perform well in any aptitude test that shows your level of IQ and eligibility to pursue management education. With 68.41 percentile, your rank is more than 30000 which makes it impossible to convert and also one student scoring 75 and another scoring 95 in SSC will get the same weightage as far as the past academic records are concerned.
I wish you best of luck for next year.
I hope you score more than 90 percentile next year.
