You had a chance of getting into Chetana college. The forms of Chetana PGDM courses are already out. http://www.cimr.in/admission-procedure/ Fill up the forms as well as start preparing for GD-PI rounds as they are really tough to crack. Last year, the minority cut-off was 90 percentile for CAP rounds. I'd suggest you try through ILS as well.

The cut-off will generally be 93+ percentile for ISBS.

Yes, you can get admission in MITSOB. They have some test and an interview, which can be cracked easily if you work for it.

The Cuttoff for safer side to get MITSOM is 90+ percentile, and then fees is also on the higher side, so decide accordingly.
